Available on flights serving select destinations across the United States, the Air France flight menu features 12 original dishes, including one appetizer, two starters, and eight main dishes.

A unique offering by Air France: Key details

These special dishes will be available throughout the year, with two signature dishes presented in each cabin every month. Air France introduced these new meals on all flights from Seattle, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, and Newark starting February 1, 2024. The airline plans to extend the menus to all the destinations it serves in the United States.

Among the first 12 dishes on the Air France flight menu are lobster with pico de Gallo and tea sauce, and root vegetable mille-feuille with truffle sauce. Other dishes that chef Dominique Crenn plans to introduce as part of the new menu in business class include har bonnier with quinoa and open ravioli with courgette and tomato, served with hazelnut and parmesan sauce. All dishes are crafted with a focus on local and seasonal produce, utilising choice cuts of meat, sustainably sourced seafood, and vegetable components while accommodating a wide range of dietary restrictions.

Air France has a track record of collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs to elevate the gourmet experience across its first-class cabins and business class. For example, in 2023, the Air France business class menu was curated by two-star Michelin chef Thierry Marx. Other airlines offering special menus curated by Michelin-star chefs include KLM, Singapore Airlines, and ANA.

Dominique Crenn, the only female chef with three Michelin stars in the US, is dedicated to developing flavourful dishes inspired by French cuisine.
