Marston Investment Management, an asset management company specializing in alternative investment, announced on the 17th that it has successfully completed introductory training for new employees selected through high competition rates.
Marston Investment Management recruited new employees for graduates and prospective graduates of four-year universities at home and abroad for about two weeks from January 23 to February 6.
The open recruitment was carried out as part of a long-term investment to preemptively secure talented people who will lead the company’s future growth and innovation.
A total of 10 new employees were selected through four stages of screening, including document screening, first interview, personality test, and final interview.
Introductory training for new employees was conducted for five days from the 10th to the 14th of this month.
On the first day of the training, leaders from each sector had time to introduce the company’s major businesses with a welcoming speech from CEO Nam Goong-hoon.
Marston Investment Management’s HR team has planned a dense curriculum that focuses on allowing new employees to understand the characteristics of alternative investment asset management that are differentiated from general financial companies and grasp the overall work.
From the second day, in-house experts such as special lectures on the status of commercial real estate, real estate financial modeling, ESG education, and compliance education stood on the podium to conduct training.
In addition, interesting training sessions such as “Team Building: Understanding a Different Perspective,” “Business Manners for New Employees,” and “Self-leadership for My Life” were also held.
On the last day of the training, he met with senior public servants to receive practical advice on adaptation to work and freely exchanged opinions on the direction he should move forward as a rookie in the alternative investment asset management industry.
